Terms and Conditions

1. PROMOTER

This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is operated by Know Your Dosh Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 13446892), whose registered office is at 4 Starling Crescent, Slough SL3 7GY (“Know Your Dosh”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. This Prize Draw is open to existing Know Your Dosh users who meet all of the following criteria:

• UK residents aged 18 years or over;
• Registered with Know Your Dosh for at least 31 days prior to 31st March 2026;
• Active on the platform during the calendar month of March 2026;
• Have at least one financial account connected; and
• Using the latest version of the Know Your Dosh mobile app (minimum v1.4.4).

2.2. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Know Your Dosh are not eligible.

2.3. Only one entry per user account.

3. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

The Prize Draw is open from 1st March 2026 to 31st March 2026 at 23:59 (the “Prize Draw Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

4.1. Entry is automatic. If you meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2.1 during the Prize Draw Period, you will automatically be entered. No further action is required.

4.2. By continuing to use Know Your Dosh during the Prize Draw Period, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. THE PRIZE

5.1. One (1) winner will receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk voucher.

5.2. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative is available.

5.3. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

6.1. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible users on 2nd April 2026.

6.2. The winner will be notified via in-app notification and the email address linked to their account within 7 days of the draw.

6.3. The winner must confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification. If they fail to respond, we may select an alternative winner.

6.4. The prize will be sent via email within 28 days of confirmed acceptance.

7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

7.1. The winner’s first name and county may be announced on our app, website, or social media.

7.2. If you object to this, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of being notified as the winner.

8. DATA PROTECTION

8.1. We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy to administer this Prize Draw and verify eligibility.

8.2. Prize Draw data will be retained for 6 months after the closing date, then securely deleted.

8.3. Entry does not affect your marketing preferences, which remain under your control in your account settings.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

9.1. We reserve the right to:

• Verify eligibility and request proof if needed;
• Disqualify entries that breach these terms or involve fraudulent activity;
• Cancel, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw if circumstances beyond our control require it.

9.2. Our decision on all aspects of the Prize Draw is final.

9.3. We accept no responsibility for technical issues preventing entry or prize delivery, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss, damage, or disappointment, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. GOVERNING LAW

10.1. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
